This was our first steel building so it was a very slow start but after the first day we got the hang of it. It took approximately 4 days to get the arches up and another 4 to complete the ends with windows, doors and siding. It looks great and very spacious.

Needed a Pre Fab steel building for our business Paul was great in assisting me and giving me a amazing deal. I applied for permit and did the construction myself with no issues 10/10 service and quality of product highly recommend!

The easiest and fastest structure I have ever put together, in my 49 years in the business. My 40' x 40' "Man Cave" shop. I parked my van on the slab and in front of my van we laid out the arches flat, and from on top of the van with 2 hooks and ropes I pulled up the arches, as my men connected them. The speed of which this build went together and got signed off saved this project from having to put the land back to nature, (no joke), with all the bureaucratic delays and plan changes and new fees, (none of which were necessary), I was coming up on the 4 year permit end. Pulling permits and actually getting through the process taught me all I didn't want to know about Stockholm syndrome. I have earned 4 state licenses in California and will NEVER build here again. With 4 weeks left, Pioneer Steal saved us from financial ruin. Retired developer at 80.

Pioneer Steel Buildings designed an amazing arched building for us this year for a home/shop combo. They provided all of the materials we needed to correctly install our building and the guidance to make sure we were doing everything correctly. Paul and his crew have been amazing to deal with. From the beginning when we were deciding on what building to get, to the end where our building was up and we wanted some accessories, Paul and the rest at Pioneer have been great! This was actually the third quonset hut our family has purchased from Pioneer over the years. Highly recommend them!!

Thank you to Jarrod Shore and Paul Rizzuto for the support during the ordering, shipping and construction of my Duro Span building. I originally purchased a 30x40x16 G series building, then after a couple of months was able to aquire more land. I was able to add another 10' to the order with no issues. The building was delivered as promised and I was able to construct 24 arches in 5 days with four friends. It took me a over a year to get to that point between land clearing, permit and foundation(by myself). I built a crane for my loader and rented a scissor lift to make it easier on us over 50 novice guys. I opted for a flat slab and the steel base plate since I was doing most of this by myself with the help of my 88 yr old father. I have finished the end walls and am now waiting on my doors to arrive. I chose this building because of the ability to build it myself, the 100% of usable interior space, the warranty and the price. This building is surprisingly solid, even before the bolts were all tight. By the way, one size bolt for the whole building. Very convenient. I am extremely happy with my project and expect this building to outlast me. Thanks again, Jarrod and Paul. Five Stars!

I purchased a 30 x 40' building from Pioneer last year which I assembled myself. After closing the building in I was able to see that there were some small pin holes in several areas from a stamping issue at the factory. I called Pioneer and was eventually put in contact with Paul Rizzuto who assisted me with my issue greatly. Paul organized a fix for my issue and followed through until all issues were resolved and the buiding was back together as it should be! It was nice to deal with a company and representative that stand behind their product and take action when required to make sure that product is top notch. Communication was excellent as well with Paul even replying to my email while he was on vacation at one point! Thank you Pioneer Steel and especially Paul for all of your efforts in getting my building repaired properly!

I would like to thank my friend Paul at pioneer steel for outstanding Customer service . I bought my custom steel building over 8 years ago from Paul who worked with us on the engineering , fabrication, and packing needs . We shipped our Building to Belize Central America so we needed extra. Attention to detail . Paul made himself available to our contractor in Belize and answered all his questions when it came time to put it up . Needless to say we have been delighted with its quality and strength of materials , the building has withstood 8 hurricane season in the tropics . Thanks again Paul and the team at pioneer steel !

I purchased a S series, 30' by 36' building spring of 2021. Due to building on bedrock, I ended up talking a fair amount with Paul Rizzuto, who work with us to fine tune our foundation requirements. I found Paul excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and very responsive. Although the delivery of our building was delayed by serval months due to covid and other supply train issues, I found Paul was straight forward with the struggles they were facing and did not make any promises they could not keep. Our building arrived with no damage and all the parts for our building were included. I would highly recommend Pioneer Steel Buildings if you wish to purchase a Quonset style steel building.

Excellent service from everyone I dealt with, got all the parts and pieces plus some spares incase we screwed up, ours is a 50'x52' quonset style erected by myself and some friends, we managed to get it up ourselves with a bunch of sweat and a forklift, I'd buy another one if needed but probably get professional help next as me and my friends are getting a little old to sweat that much, Cheers Pioneer and thanks again

We ordered a building in Feb 2021 for delivery in May 2021. It didn't arrive and when we contacted Pioneer we understood the delivery was changed to July. That didn't happen. We contacted them again in August. Now it is to arrive mid November. We get a lot of snow here and wanted the shed in place before winter - looks like that will not be the case. We are so disappointed with the lack of communication & delivery - one star is too generous. LP Rose

Poor customer service. Rude, Very slow with their work and lack of communication. Waited 4 hours to get one skid. Very sad with the work ethic of the employees. Would highly NOT recommend.

I bought from Salesman Sam back in 2014 and unfortunately Sam lies alot. He is misleading. I ended up dealing with Paul and he was great. He knew what he was talking about. I brought my friend to buy a building as well which he did and I was promised a 500 dollar referral fee from Sam. After calling him out on it, he E transferred me $50 dollars and said that because he gave my friend "DEEP DISCOUNTS" that I wasn't entitled to a finders fee. Anyhow I love my steel building and I am moving to a farm so I'll have to build another one. I don't really want the drama of dealing with salespersons like Sam so I will be looking elsewhere unless I can deal directly with Paul. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING ON THE CONTRACT ITSELF!!! Check everything once it's delivered. They will tell you they delivered everything and they usually don't. If you order transparent panels for 300 dollars per panel take note that they will remove one of the steel panels from your order. This means that if you do not install the clear panel then you will be missing a panel. MAKE SURE you order the baseplates!!!! Sam never told me I needed baseplates and he couldn't show me within a year how these things were mounted to the ground. I only found out after building my friends building. DO NOT PAY for anything until you recieve EVERYTHING!!! They will tell you this is not possible but it is. Don't tighten any screws nuts or bolts until the entire building is complete. rent a skyjack there is a simpler process to but this together instead of building one arch at a time. get some long and skinny tapered steel punches to line up the holes. You will thank me later. I put mine up with only my wife and I plus the sky jack.

Great building for the price. They are easy and quick to put up. Comes with blue print so the building inspector had no problems with it. It's the second of these I buy from pioneer. The third party delivery does not always have the equipment to take it off the truck, we had to take it off by hand. Just remember to cost out the cement footing, you will be surprised of it's cost. I recommend pioneer and their building.
